"Great location, 10 minutes walk from train station. However, if you have luggage, I suggest you take a cab. Streets/sidewalks are narrow and in some places, rough (cobblestone). it will cost between €15 and 20. Room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No staff on hand from 8:00pm (20:00) to 8:00am (08:00). During those hours, you enter with a key. Also, no elevator, stairs only (staff will help with luggage), so it could be difficult, if you are mobility impaired. Overall, this is a good value for the money. Would stay there again, if we return to Florence. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location, both in terms of arriving into Florence by train (literally around the corner), and for walking access to even the far reaches of the city. Seeing others struggling through the streets further away from the rail station with their suitcases really highlighted the value of being closer to it. The staff were attentive throughout and even made the effort to acknowledge my wife’s birthday which occurred whilst we were staying there, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay there again, thank you!"

"Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub"

"Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well. "
