"The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....

The breakfast is very good, they have a bar open for a few hours in the evening, and there is a stunning roof terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sun set. "The location is good for sight seeing and the staff are very friendly but I could not sleep. Our room (Stella) was so noisy, I could hear everything happening on the street and the revelry went on until 3am each night."

"Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well. "
