The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "

"The apartment is really nice and so were the hosts. The bed was comfortable but a little noisy when getting on and off and the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and not easy to climb."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

"アパートの部屋を予約していたのに１人だからと言って予約していた部屋よりかなり狭い部屋に2泊も泊まらされた。随分交渉して市のホテル税を免除すると言われたが納得いかず、帰りのナポリ駅までのタクシー代を出してもらうことでその場は納得したが、予約していた部屋に移って前の2泊が全く納得いかなかった。７泊朝食着きで予約したのに５泊で朝食ないと言われ、これも納得いかず。朝食は郷土料理とあったが、結局は甘いパン一つとコーヒーだけです。 良かった点は一日目にウエルカムランチでピザとワインを頂きました。真下にレストランがあるので夜中を過ぎてもうるさくて、気になる人にはお勧めしません。かなりナポリの下町エリアです。"

"Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten direkt auf die Zimmer. Diese waren modern und schön eingerichtet, wie der Rest des Hauses in einem top Zustand. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend - ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und auch in Spaccanapoli etc."

"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"The description in Expedia is misleading, the property is like Airbnb or guest house, it has only 6 rooms un 3rd floor in old building, there is one small old elevator. The receptionist is rarely there, but they communicate well on WhatsApp. The reception, kitchen and breakfast area are all in small rooms. The best thing about this property is very large clean remodeled bathroom. It doesn't worrh the price. "
