"Its a camping site with rooms for the ones that dont have tents I guess. I didnt see that when I booked. My bottle purse got stolen from in front of my room, The bathroom lock was broken, Ac didnt work well. The breakfast and fromt desk gentleman were great."

"I would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other alternatives. The area is very rough. The hotel rooms look nothing like they do in the photos. The bathrooms are not clean. All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained. "

"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"

"This hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, the breakfast and dinner options were phenomenal, we were told that the pasta was homemade. "This location is perfect I recommend staying here as your steps away from Villa Rufolo. The amenities in the room are comfortable as well with a view from your balcony. The continental breakfast is awesome you pick the time you want to have breakfast then upon on arrival they serve you drink of choice, sweet bread basket in the center of the table & your main breakfast freshly made.
