The restroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. We took advantage of the evening bar, as well as the gym. Both were very nice. "Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...

"Super kind and helpful staff. Room temperature just right, compact space but with everything you need. (I travelled solo.) Had good lighting too - I dislike dark hotel rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Fresh continental breakfast was fantastic. Overall wonderful stay. "
