"Three week road trip and this was the one of the best places we stayed. The wife wants only the Marana Hampton Inn on our next trip to Tucson. We had a King Studio and the set up was excellent. Clean rooms, extra towels already present, delicious breakfast. Easy location off the 10 freeway, but far enough to have no sound issues. Pet friendly too."
"First of all, you need a truck to drive to that place. Road is not paved! Really bad road about 5 miles to that place. We were hoped to stay at the tent house but instead we got casita at the main house. Casita is cute but doesn't have cups not even plastic cups and no napkins. We used grill outside what was nice. There is coffee machine but no cups ! We end up driving to grocery store to get food and cups to make drinks and its like 40 min away! Plus road is hard to drive on it. Otherwise nature was nice snd quiet. Connie[owner] was friendly and helpful. But be aware of the road that lead to the house unpaved and very narrow."
"Had a late check-in mix-up, it was handled quickly and was only a minor delay in accessing my room. All good. manager went above and beyond for my few needs."
"We stayed five nights and never heard noise from any other rooms. We would say that it was definitely worth what we paid for. The water was always hot which we liked."
"The breakfast is very good, (eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche, cereals, milk, and chocolate milk, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, pastries, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, hit chocolate, apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry blend.) My wife has a gluten allergy and was able to eat a breakfast there. They have GF blueberry muffins and quiche upon request. My mother-inlaw has severe mobility issues and uses an electric scooter to move around. She cannot transition on her own. One of the elevators is large enough for her scooter. The handicap room was spacious for for scooter, the beds were low enough for her to get into with help, and the bathroom had handrails that allowed her to use the toilet. (The sink was set back too far. It wasn't easy to use from her scooter/wheelchair but with effort it could be done). We used the laundry room which was easy, (they sell detergent and dryer sheets for $2 each in the lobby), there are water fountains on each floor for drinking or filling water bottles. We did not use the pool of exercise room."
"White Stallion rocks! 🐎
I just came back from White Stallion Ranch and had to leave a review immediately. I was only there for three days (mid-August, yeah it was effing hot!) but I had such an amazing experience that I wish I'd booked a full week. To be honest, I was scared of getting bored. Damn, I was wrong.
They have tons of activities. We did the slow ride, yoga, massages and magic show... We used the pool a lot, the game room, fed the horses and cuddled Ranger the cat probably too much.
Before dinner, they offer appetizers in the common room which makes it very easy to meet and mingle with other guests.
The property is gorgeous, the food is really good, the staff is super nice and welcoming, and they do not overcharge (in my humble opinion). Lunch was only $20 and dinner $30. Juice cans were $2.
The room looked exactly like the pictures on their website. It was really cute cowboy style and comfy. And clean!
Hmm, what else? I think that's it. Just go."
