"The cottage was clean, staff was so friendly, our stay was quiet and peaceful… it was perfect! Definitely planning to stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

"Very comfortable in a beautiful setting. Only spent one night. Everything was provided. I know it is designed to be a real getaway from everyday routines but I do wish there had been a real mirror. There is plenty of room to add one. The small 5 x7 mirror was pretty useless. And a couple more hooks for hanging things. Minor complaints but just in case they are looking for suggestions!"

"A little maintenance was needed on the shower door in our bathroom and the bed was just ok. The room was very clean, thank you housekeeping. The breakfast area was super clean and the offerings were plentiful and well stocked."

"The property is not impressive, and my daughter had to change rooms due to the smoke smell and a few of them… The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was near everything… Just remember before booking you get exactly what you pay for… The pictures don’t always give a clear idea of what your reserving"

"This hotel met our needs, but barely. The safety lock was loose and we needed assistance to open the door once. The shower curtain was not long enough or wide enough to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. The housekeeping staff didn't come back later in the day after trying to come in while we were still there. It is also on a busy road with other businesses near, so it is not a quiet place to stay."

"Feels nothing like a stabdard boring hotel. Beautiful scenery, amazing restaurant next door, and staff are awesome. Absolutely love the feel of the place. Woke up to real cooked eggs and bacon"

"I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. "

"Only sheer curtains on the windows and the bright Comfort Inn sign shone into our room all night. The bedding was very thin and the pillows left a lot to be desired. But we did like the location of the hotel."

"The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared."

"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant."

"I loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was great the omelette was delicious and very filling. My waitress Mildred was excellent and so was my maid as well"
