"クイーンベット1台、シングルベット2台、リビングのソファーがクイーンベットに変えられます。法規定員は不明ですが最大8名は入れそう。5名以上は追加料金なんだと思います。前はビーチ、後は圧巻のキャッスルロック。ベランダも蚊等出なかったので素晴らしいです。海は泳げますが、グレートバリアの特色なのか沿岸は赤土が混ざってミルキーな感じでした。タオル交換は1週間1回でここは絶対譲れないようなので、使用後は庭の物干しで干すといいです。"

"Room was tidy but definitely needs a proper clean . Staff were lovely . We stayed 5 nights and room wasn’t serviced until the 4th day which was disappointing especially having to ask where to put rubbish etc "

"The room and bathroom is very clean. Great location ,just Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly. "

"Great apartment that had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Adequate cooking facilities for simple meals. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer which we really appreciated! Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay so we couldn’t use the pool but the gym was good. We are really thankful to the reception staff who made sure we didn’t miss our bus when we left. We would definitely stay again! "

"Be wary when handing over a cash security deposit. I checked out early before reception was open. Called them about the security deposit and they said they'd return the security deposit onto my card or bank transfer it. I flew out of Townsville thinking my security deposit would be refunded that day. I called them up after flying home to confirm the return of my security deposit. "I have stayed here several times and used to love this place, but my most recent experience was deeply upsetting. After staying for another 3 days, I asked for a late check-out which was declined (fair enough), but the owner's attitude turned incredibly hostile when I asked to store my luggage. Despite being a repeat customer, I was treated like a nuisance for simply sitting in the common area waiting for my ride. The owner eventually chased me out to my Uber, telling me I was "repulsive" and...

"We were disappointed when we arrived and learnt our room was not even on the Main Street that faces the marina. We were off the back street, obviously next to permanent residents. Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street. "

"We were informed in advance that there would be a large function near our room on the first night of our stay which would be noisy. I asked for a room to be allocated to us that would minimise the noise and was told that this was not possible. The music went to 11pm and our room shook with the noise. there were other rooms we could have been given. I complained and got a $50 voucher Poor management"
