"Rooms were clean. Smaller than expected. Beautiful views and very walkable to the downtown area. Staff was disappointing to interact with and I didn’t ask for anything. Excluding the valet team that was exceptional. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. The lobby made a great first impression…it was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the room itself didn't quite match that standard. It felt outdated, and the bedding in particular had an older cover that could definitely use refreshing. Mornings were also a bit challenging, as the cleaning crew was quite loud. You could clearly hear conversations echoing through the hallways, which made it difficult to rest or sleep in. Another inconvenience was the parking situation. Guests are required to park at a sister hotel located about two blocks away. While it's not extremely far, it's definitely not ideal, especially when carrying luggage. That being said, the location was a major highlight. It was perfectly situated and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area, which we truly appreciated. Overall, while the hotel has potential and a great location, a few updates and improvements in guest experience would make a big difference."

"The room was dirty and had several types of bugs all over. The shower was disgusting. The staff were very nice which was the only positive about the hotel. "

"I wished front desk would have tell me about cleaning service per request. I did not know so our room has been dirty and needed to pick up towel at the end of the day. Thursday night was party? Could not get quiet even midnight and we needed to get up 5am to catch the flight next morning."
