"The room was really clean. We were missing the remote and they brought one up right away and made sure it was working before they left. We were greeted with a hello any time we saw staff in the lobby. Everybody working was really friendly. We’ve stayed here before and have always had a really good experience."

"You have the feeling that you’re staying in a true cultural hotspot. There is always something going on in or around the hotel. The whole place is a vibe. But don’t be mistaken. As soon as you’re getting to your room it’s the quiet and comfortable hideout you’re looking for at the end of a long day. That said, if you’re lucky you’ll get a room with a view across Hollywood. "The hotel it's self was good for the pride and a great location. Lots of parking and near knotts which was the main reason for my stay. Only big problem is they have not returned my deposit and they will not reply to any of my emails to ask for it back!"
