"The room was clean and spacious, with an extra bed provided. The toilet was also clean. However, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the bedside lamps were not in working condition. Apart from these issues, it was a nice and comfortable stay overall."

"70s charm = hasn't been decorated since then. Shared loos, showers and kitchen facilities. But it was cheap."

"Great place to stay with excellent food."

"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. "We chose this hotel because we were planning to attend an event at a nearby beach. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. However, staying at this hotel turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly, almost as if we had known them for years, but never in an intrusive way. They had just the right balance of warmth and friendliness that made us feel completely...

"Very welcoming on arrival, large clean en-suite room, fabulous breakfast that set us up for the day and special dietary needs catered for. Would visit again. Highly recommended."

"Lovely room, very spacious and cosy"

"Enjoyed a quiet night above the pub. Food available in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff at check in and out. Plentiful parking available. Good location in South Wales."

"The house was situated in the medieval village just down from the castle. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The hosts were gracious, helpful and very accommodating."

"A very well maintained place and Jayne is lovely"

"On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed"

"Clean and tidy caravan. Nice seating and kitchen area plus two bathrooms. Double bed mattress could be newer, was a bit springy. Trainline behind could disturb light sleepers. WiFi only available from adjoining hotel."
