"The room was dirty. The floor was covered in dirt so badly that walking across the floor in bare feet coated the bottom of the feet. We had to place bed linens on the floor in order to walk without shoes. The photo shows the dirt on my finger after rubbing it across the floor in the center of the room. "

"The layout of this hotel with different buildings was unexpected. Dinner in the restaurant was terrible. (But the service was very good). My caesar salad had what seemed like warmed up chicken from a can or a vacuum seal pouch. My sons sandwich was not good. I had to take him to Wendys afterward. Disappointing food. "

"Check in was super easy-I appreciated not having to deal with a physical key card. Property was nice and kept. Common area was ok. The room was clean, furniture and decor had an economical feel. Shower was fine, showerhead could probably use an update, shower curtain didn’t work well and left the floor wet. Overall, experience was fine. "

"What a lovely place to get away. The building had quaint charm and my room was cozy and welcoming. All I needed for a fire was ready to go, bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, coffee for the morning with REAL creamer in the fridge. The dining room and common sitting room was inviting and decorated beautifully. My made to order breakfast was healthy and delicious. Biggest treat was the personable staff. True locals that treated me like a new friend."
