"I would never search for a different place to stay if I came back to Cartagena. Casa Morales was perfect in terms of location, property, safety, & staff.
It was the low season and we had the pool to ourselves the entire time, barely saw another soul.
24/7 staffed front desk available to buzz you in.
We booked the 2 bd apartment with garden view. It was actually better than the listed description, because there were 2 full bathrooms instead of 1, so each of us had our own bedroom & bathroom....

"There’s no housekeeping unless you order it and you have to pay extra for that service each day also for renting an apartment you can’t have guests around in the building or in your apartment there is no laundry facilities here to do your laundry. Checking in and checking out is totally ridiculous. You have to check out by 11 am and check in after 3 pm I arrived at 11 am and was not allowed to check in until 3 pm.
