"This hotel was a terrible experience from start to finish. No one came to clean the room or even change the towels, and there was no parking available, which made everything more frustrating. The customer service was horrible and left me feeling completely ignored. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"Stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Gateway before an early flight and unfortunately won’t stay again. We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, forgot my wife’s drink, and cleared other tables before finally taking our order. "I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. The taste was very very affordable; however the price they charge for parking is crazy, I opted to return the rental car that night versus paying for parking, they have a fre shuttle to the airport.
