"It’s worth it to reserve the upper floor premium rooms for the wonderful views."

"Room was clean but basic we had issues with TV and the AC but they were quick to fix it. We asked for a late checkout but they were unwilling to work with us. Was okay but not great I wouldn’t stay here again but if you want a cheaper room in a good location of San Francisco this is a good option."
