"Selected this hotel because it was close to my daughter's apartment and pictures looked nice online. It exceeded our expectations. Even nicer in person. Rooms are tight (but that's not unusual for NYC) but very nice with high end finishes. Had lunch in the restaurant, which was lovely and the bar had great drinks and service. Also, as an added benefit, located directly across the street from Taverna di Bacco, an Italian restaurant that was excellent! Also across from the famous Katz's Deli."

"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel located close to SoHo, Bowery, Chinatown, and NoLita. Great views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, the king suite deluxe is highly recommended. 3 blocks from subway and you can get anywhere. This will be my top choice for all my NYC stays!"

"Great stay here, staff were very very helpful & pleasant. Amazing view if your lucky enough. Breakfast was great and so was the coffee in the lobby. Room was well clean, shower fan didnt work but not a big deal. Window could open slightly which was nice. 5 star stay. Location is great too, very easy to get around."

"We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated."

"Rooftop was dirty looked better in pictures. Front desk is not very helpful when you need anything they have to put in requests. The cleaning people never knock they walk right in without even saying anything. The phone number is disconnected so you cannot call them with any requests or problems. Too unorganized. They charge almost the fee of an extra night for late check out."
