Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"I've been staying at the MPH for over 20 years. This last trip, the place felt a bit sad. There were understaffed in every way, from check-in to valet. The staff we did encounter were friendly though managing too many things at once. The first room we had was really run down, though they kindly upgraded us. Overall, we had a good stay, though the decline in service may keep me from coming back."

"Beautiful hotel. Shower was especially nice. Location was perfect. They scheduled a ride to the port for us. We arrived late (11 PM) due to flight delays and the door was locked but they quickly opened it and showed us to our room. The room was small but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had an hour or so before our shuttle in the morning so we were able to take a quick trip to Pike Place Market for a crepe due to the 2 minute walk. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend."

"Lots of cruisers stay here. Most helpful was luggage holding b4 check in time and shuttle to cruise terminal. Coffee was delicious. At check in, I told the rep. that I'll be needing shuttle service to cruise terminal and was told it's taking care of. My intuition told me otherwise hence I checked with another rep. the following day and sure enough, my name wasn't on it. She proceeded to do so for me. So, always double check!!!
