"Amazing place. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. stalff was amazing and upgraded us as well. If you are going to embark on a cruise at Terminal 2 you can walk to the ship. lots of things within walking distance. Restuarants and bars are top notch and views were exceptional."

"Place is pretty rough. Staff was not the friendliest. Airport shuttle was advertised on the site but they don’t have one. One main reason why we booked. Breakfast was a joke and super sketchy. They would bring out a tiny cart with some random stuff on it it. But nothing seemed very clean. Decorations falling off. Front door don’t work half the time and you had to force it open. Wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Stayed at the hotel for a night prior to cruise. Waited in the airport more than one hour for the shuttle and never came. After all the long wait we decided to take a cab to the hotel. The room was ok, clean but outdated. Reception area and the lobby don’t look attractive. Not a good first impression. Breakfast very limited and nothing special. One night was ok, but wouldn’t return or recommend. The only good thing is the location, close to Port Everglades. "

"Clean room with kitchenette. No dish towels or hand towels for bathroom. Ours had a small coffee maker but no complementary coffee but you could go to property office and get a free cup or two. Our side chair was busted so it felt like you were going to fall through it but we were only there 2 nights. Many people we met were staying there for an entire month. Decent location with lots of places to eat within walking distance and the beach is very close. It’s a smaller property with 2 buildings and you have to go through the pool area to get to the rooms for both buildings. Building B could be better marked especially for guests coming after the front desk folks are gone. Pool areas were decent with pool towels provided. Vending machines for water and other drinks. Staff in the front office were very nice. There must be an elevator somewhere but we didn’t see it so if you need one I would ask before booking. We had 2 big bags that we carried to the second floor. Top floor sitting area was nice in the morning for coffee and at night."
