"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

"Front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping were amazing. Very helpful. Halls smelled like urine, toilet has a leak, but maintenance was efficient and fixed it right away. We were offed to switch rooms, but chose to stay in the same room. Breakfast was okay. Pool area very clean. Overall okay."

"Our stay here was very nice. Booked it for two nights, and had everything we needed. Got a bit hot even with the a/c unit, but everything else was good. Would stay here again!"

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."

"First Time in Boston , I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great private clean environment. I appreciate the hospitality that was giving by the property manger."

"It’s in severe disrepair. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. The walls are badly scuffed up. The laminate is pulling off the countertops. This is just a random apt. It’s not a boutique hotel property."

"Convenient location if you have an event in the Boston area. It was a fair price. I will stay again if I travel to Boston. There is not public transportation near by, you have to drive."

"Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems...

"Rundown rooms, poor breakfast."

"When I arrived the room was all messy and with trash. It smelled really bad and felt insecure as if someone could enter randomly to it. I entered the room and left straight away, didn’t even stay there."

"Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."
