"Check-in staff was welcoming and professional. The place was clean. However, I would definitely not rate this resort anymore as luxury for these reasons - no attention to detail such as lack of maintenance in hotel and surrounding (broken bathroom doors, screens not fitting in windows properly, deck glass was moldy and rundown so didn't sit outside, children's play area was not safe and equipment not all put together, room was outdated and old with mismatched material for headboard and chairs,...

"The hotel is very dated and I would not qualify it as 3 stars. The staff were kind and the bed and bathroom were clean however, the rooms are a mismatch of furniture with old finishes. The vinyl flooring was cracked. The bathroom fan was automatic with the light and sounded like a 747 was flying in. The coil burners in the kitchenette also seemed like a fire hazard."

"Room photos on expedia showed a room that had been nicely renovated but our room was one that clearly hadn't been done yet. Place didn't seem full so I'm guessing not very many rooms look like the pictures. There is a pretty big difference between the room we got and the pictures they show so it's hard not to feel a bit deceived. Sound proofing is lacking so we could hear car doors slamming for most of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Location is close to local...
