" Sehr positiv überrascht – klare Empfehlung! Ehrlich gesagt war ich wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen zunächst unsicher, aber unser Aufenthalt (2 Frauen + 2 kleine Hunde, ohne Hundgebühr!) war einfach top. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig und sicher. Ja, die Zimmer sind etwas älter, aber sauber, gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!"

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...
