The house looked cozy and quaint on the outside, but was worn and haphazard inside. Breakfast was filling but one step below what we would get at an IHOP. We were told that it was updated 25 years ago, and it looks like it. Even old houses need updating to make them look freshly vintage.

Not Happy
We were not able to check in til well after our check in time.. No one was there hardly. Was not made to feel welcomed or comfortable in any way..
The problem was not with location or cleanliness on the inside of cottage but rather is advertising the same as a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast offered for cottage on Householder in Pigeon Forge. Also note is not a location for the scenic view experience you may want.
Don't stay it is a dump !!!!...False advertisement... No breakfast .. No tv, light out in bathroom , no curtain over window in bathroom, holes in wall , no entry light , very dusty and dirty !!!!!.... did not use tub , soap scum on shower curtain .!...Aweful !!!!!
Was very clean and quiet and very Romantic. The breakfast was great the chef did a fantastic job of making it. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was a great 29th anniversary for . Me and my husband. I will go back.
We were trying to get as far away from real life as possible in a quick weekend getaway and decided to stay at the Creek walk Cabins. It was so beautiful and so far removed. That was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and it was definitely a great experience. Janice was so incredibly sweet and welcoming and not only made a great breakfast but led us to some great spots in the area. I will never forget the weekend and will be back. It was like it came right out of a story :)
This little cottage was adorable and very comfortable! We has breakfast at the inn next door made by the owner herself!! The food was amazing as well as the hand squeezed orange juice! I will stay there again in the near future as well as recommending it to my friends and family
This place is located next to run down apartments, the shower was clogged, light bulb burnt out, shower curtain burned. We were told we could go to the gas station when we inquired about ice and we never got breakfast (this is a bed and breakfast right) by 9 am we knew we knew we weren't getting any. Sad thing is we inquired about it breakfast when we got there. Should have known something when we couldn't get a definitive answer. Worst accommodations I've ever been in.
The only reason the room is rated as a three is because the TV was small and there was no wifi. Other than that, wonderful.
Janice provided a service that was second to none. She is an amazing chef and hostess, and took the time to get to know us on a personal level and made some great recommendations for activities. I highly recommend this B&B or her cottages to anyone. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time and enjoyed her company. We will definitely stay again!
My boyfriend and I stayed in the Spruce Room for four nights and the Homestead Cove in the woods for two nights. When we arrived we walked upa stairs and into our lovely room with soothing music playing on a CD/radio player in vintage style. The stone fireplace, four post queensize bed covered in cozy grandma-like quilts and beatuiful blue tiled jacuzzi bath welcomed us. In the morning we walked downstairs and were fed breakfastes befitting royalty by Chef Janice. I sat in the porch room and typed and painted watercolors while friendly robins looked on from the woodsy hillside. When we moved to Homestead Cove we arrived late, but still tried out the hot tub next to the cabin which was heated to a steamy perfect level. The chilly weather didn't stop our enjoyment. The rustic furniture inside added even more charm. We were only two but the Homestead Cove could easily accomodate a family. I would bring DVD's if you really must look at a TV screen with all the beautiful countryside waiting to be adored and hiked in around you. Kelsey was our chef for the last two days and we did have to drive from our cabin to the breakfast location at the Creekside Inn, but oh, my, goodness, was it worth it. I'm a pianist and enjoyed playing their grand piano, but not nearly as much as I enjoyed Kelsey's broiled grapefruit and a pastry thing, I forget the name but not the taste. The location by the creek was lovely and they were preparing for a wedding the last day they were there. Wow, having a wedding there would be a dream! By the way, Janice and Kelsey even packed lunches for us when we went hiking and told us all about the trails. I felt like a pampered lumberjack.
My husband and i came for a weekend getaway it was great i have nothing bad to say everything was perfect!! We had dinner instead of breakfeast that meal was the best we have ever had Crocus was a perfect find!!
We stayed at the Evergreen Cabin Crocus and really enjoyed it. Especially since it has an outdoor hot tub, indoor jacuzzi, fireplace, deck with grill, everything we needed. Good kitchen too! Would recommend it!
most perfect romantic week end ever at the evergreen, Janice the inn keeper is a gem! The room is cozy and romantic. breakfast was out standing! service was warm and caring. You can tell Janice puts her heart and soul in to her inn.
My partner and I had a lovely stay at this little B&B. The old fashion service and cozy Inn made this stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Not what we expected
My wife and I were to stay just for one night and expected an Inn with other people staying there. The Inn was approx. 4 blocks off of the main road of Pigeon Forge. We arrived to find we were the only guests and the surrounding area did not make us feel comfortable. We are in our middle 60's and maybe too careful. The keys to the building are to be left outside at all times in a lockbox. We decided not to stay and ended up losing our deposit. The Inn itself was unique inside and the room was nice.
We rented a Honeymoon Deluxe cabin for one night and we were very disappointed. Spiderwebs everywhere, dead bugs in the bed, bathroom wasn't clean and the room felt damp and musty. We ended up finding another hotel to stay in for the night.
This place had ants, holes in the wall, smelled aweful, wallpaper peeling, decor hideous, scuff marks on walls, badly in need of paint and updates, the wash cloths bled red all over the shower, the dishwasher leaked, the sink plug did not work. It was aweful. Should have cost about $20.00,
Crokus Cabin: The place is all it says it was, but I found it fairly marginal.
Apartments behind the property do not add any ambiance, morning traffic noise a bit of a problem. Kids bunk beds in laundry room are ok, hide a bed is poor. Master bed nice and comfortable, but tub in center of room a bit tacky. Hot tub nice enough, but wood aound steps are old and beginning to rot. Kitchen had a few ants and bugs present. Location good if wanting to be close to Dollywood and town. In short, this is a basic cabin, and in my opinion worth about half of the current charge. It may remmind you of a company that is skimming the money off from a property without reinvesting to upgrade. Remember this is just one man's opinion.
