"Giovanni is a good manager. The room was clean and the view was nice. However it's right on top of the hill. finding the address is not easy as the entrance is in a narrow back alley, it is a sharp uphill and the place has a tight stairs that are not suitable for heavy luggage. Younger folx may enjoy it more."

"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. "Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink.
