"Booked a room with two queen beds but was given a room with a king bed. Was told there would be a $50 up charge to switch to a room with two beds. They did provide a roll-in cot at no charge. Front end staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. As was shuttle driver. The door to our unit show signs of a forced entry - with multiple gouges around the lock. Took an early flight out so cannot comment on the breakfast. Room was clean and tastefully decorated, as was the hotel."

"Wow, wow, wow! We truly enjoyed our stay at Agutipaca so very much! We didn’t want to leave. It’s an absolute paradise! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were able to help us in a moments notice with any questions we had. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish, so we found chatting through WhatsApp to be the best solution for communication. "Mi opinión es que el hotel esta muy bonito con una vegetación impresionante y mada mas , nuestra experiencia fue horrible, , para llegar al hotel fue catastrófico, la carretera no tiene condiciones de ninguna manera para llegar hasta tan lejos, todo cierra temprano y ya no puedes comprar ni un pomo de agua, no tienes acceso a salir a ningun lugar por los alrededores porque no pasan ni los taxis, osea esta en un lugar alejado de todo , solo puedes estar en el hotel y nada mas , tienes que pagar...
