"I haven’t received my $100 deposit back yet "

"First let me say I was completely disappointed from the moment I walked in. The first thing I was greeted with was the pure odor of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The hallways were filled with loud noises all night and upon arriving at my room my key did not work. The room itself was filthy from the dirty microwave and refrigerator to the unswept floors and filthy bathroom with a leaky shower. Their was only one towel laying on a dirty sink and for the price and what was described as a king suite it was the smallest room i have ever paid for. When I went to check out the front desk woman asked me how my stay was I told her it was horrible and she said and I quote ok thank you bye. "

"You definitely get what you pay for. There was very little to no water pressure and could certainly use some updating. Not terrible for just a night but would not recommend for anything longer. "

"I didn't eat as I don't eat pork or chicken products. I didn't want to spend $11 just for bread or eggs."

"Staff were very openly rude about guests when they didn’t think people were listening. Language used was often inappropriate, Another staff member today (the 29th)s morning shuttle driver nearly let a door slam on a guest I had to catch it for her, she was elderly. Many of the employees seemed angry to have to do their jobs. Miss Rose was a stand out however. Got me a fork when my DoorDash didn’t have one. The room itself was clean and well maintained, no signs point to vending being on the second floor. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast selection. Pool a d hot tub were nice but area could get noisy in the evening hours with kids taking over the pool and hot tub area. "

"Things were broken in room, ice machine on floor broken, paint chips all over floor, window ledge peeling, no restaurant as advertised had to pay to park in hotel garage and pay $25 more "
