Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional - answering any questions. Had a great room with a balcony on the 5th floor which was very quiet, great comfortable bed and had all the amenities that you would expect a decent shower - very well decorated. In the basement there was a well-equipped gym and sauna which I used...

"This was an amazing hotel, located centrally in the heart of Budapest. It was so easy to get around, can walk everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful with amazing amenities. The room was spotless and the AC was clutch, especially during a heat wave. I would totally come back here again!"

The food was good although they could have filled items more and it would have been nice if they had changed a few selections daily. Overall would recommend."
