Heritage Inn Express Roseville
6/10 Okay
"Breakfast was better at McDonalds next door. Rooms were clean . Looks like they tried to half update/remodel the rooms. Bathroom and shower were better at a Motel 6. The beds are on top of a metal spring foundation which makes those weird metal springy creaks when you roll over. Staff was very pleasant.
It worked for what I needed.......affordable 1 night stay for a tournament"

Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova by IHG

"Nice place. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Keurig in room. Staff provided good customer service. Great location. Near stores and expressway."

Hyatt Place Sacramento Roseville

"The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance."

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

"Checking in was easy and straightforward, room wasn't anything fancy but was still good quality. The shower had some weird brownish stains in it and the trash cans in the room itself had no bags in them except the bathroom trash. Only real issues I had was the room directly above us was stomping and jumping around at 9pm-10pm for over an hour for 2 of the 4 nights we were staying, I notified the front desk and after that they stopped. The train noises were loud and ongoing but I was able to tune it out over time. Would stay here again if there were no other available hotels nearby"

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento
4/10 Poor
"The hotel was decent overall. I will say the lobby felt more modern compared to the Hyatt. We only stayed one night and had an event before 2 PM, so we requested early check-in, but they weren’t able to accommodate us due to how busy it was.
The room itself was fine—nothing special—but the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell. Our bathtub looked worn down, and when we tried to turn on the water, there was barely any flow. We attempted to contact the front desk but didn’t get a response. The next morning, staff said they would reset it, but when we followed up, nothing had been done. Eventually, they moved us to a different room with a working shower."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Roseville-Galleria Area by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return."

Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

"The room was very comfortable and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. "

Lions Gate Hotel
8/10 Good
"Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?"

Wyndham Sacramento

"The person that helped me when I first got there was very helpful. She even assisted me"
