"There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return."

Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "Hilary and Graham were fantastic hosts, super knowledgeable, we felt right at home. Breakfast was great too and their garden was perfect for enjoying the sun. Would recommend!"
