"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"The staff was by far the nicest i have encountered in my travels. Since i took my two kids at the last minute they upgraded my room to a double queen without even asking or chraging extra. "We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place. The room was large and had a good layout with beds separated from the sofa and desk area. The fridge was quiet! Location was very convenient to a mall close by with many dining and shopping options, plus a cinema. The pool was large and got alot of use.
