During my visit, I found the experience to be highly satisfactory. After inadvertently passing our intended bus stop, we attempted to secure an Uber; however, none were available in the area. While seeking alternative transportation to the hotel, a local gentleman graciously offered us a ride and declined any compensation for his assistance. His concern for our situation, recognizing we were tourists, was notable. Additionally, several women at the bus stop guided us on navigating the bus system and provided helpful advice regarding the app.
The hotel itself was clean and exuded a welcoming, family-oriented environment. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Although it was too cold to use the pool, its appearance—particularly when illuminated at night—was very appealing. The staff's English proficiency was limited, but they demonstrated exceptional willingness to communicate and assist until all our needs were met. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, despite the hotel's distance from central locations. Its proximity—just 12 miles from Castel del Monte—and convenient train access to Sorrento ensured reliable and affordable transportation options. A nearby store provided convenient access to essential items such as water, fresh coffee, espresso, and beer, etc. The attendant was kind and communicated effectively in English. Overall, my experience in this town was highly satisfactory.
