"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficiently laid out. Breakfast was kept well stocked and had a good selection. Coffee and hot water and ice water available 24/7. Walking distance to Walmart. Room cost was good value compared to other hotels in area. We just needed a place to stay while visiting my Mom in assisted living nearby."

"Hailey at the front desk was super kind when we arrived. She is a great first impression of the hotel. Beds were super comfy and clean. The only downside to the stay was the bathroom has a strong mildew smell. Not the hotel’s fault. Just happens with bathrooms that don’t run the exhaust fan long enough after showering. Either way, would stay here again for sure. Thank you"

"This was not a good stay for my fiancée and I. First things first, our room key didn’t work right after checking in. It happens. However, the hotel is hard to get around if you don’t know the layout and the hallways did not have a great smell. We finally got into our room, which we were told was non-smoking, and were greeted with a smell of stale cigarette smoke. We had to keep the window open while we were in the room. It was very cold in Horseheads this weekend, so that was not ideal at all. ...

"I was plesantly surprised by this place! On the outside looks about the same quality as maybe a Red Roof inn, the rooms themselves appear to be from a much nicer hotel. I didn't find one Speck of dust, straight hair from a previous guest, or mystery stain. The place was beautifully maintained on the inside, though it was unclear where the "continental breakfast" was."

"The hotel had only two luggage carts available on a holiday weekend. Unfortunately, someone decided to take one of the carts to their room long before they were checking out, (so rude) leaving only ONE cart available for everyone else checking out. I waited almost 30 minutes for the cart. One elevator was out of order and there was no one working on it as of 9:45 this morning."
