Very clean and comfortable lovely friendly staff

Clean, tidy, polite staff and a lovely breakfast.

Friendly welcome on check in. The room itself was very dated but was clean. The shower was brilliant, the bed was very comfy. The area itself is quite busy but the hotel is up on a hill so away from the traffic. A 5 min walk takes you to two supermarkets and a fab Italian Bella Italia, very reasonable priced restaurant with amazing pizza 🍕

I reviewed others who stayed here and I totally agree with all the high remarks. It was so clean. The bed was comfortable and receptionist was so nice. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a few nights to break up a road trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Used the gym which had a reasonable range of equipment. Breakfast was nice, there was a good range of foods and included fruit. Parking was good and easy to sort out. 2 minor downsides - 1) everything at breakfast was individually wrapped. Excellent hotel - new and clean, good breakfast, 24/7 coffee in the lobby, nice people and good service

The bed would have been great if there had been a blanket under the bedspread but we had a mattress cover. After paying $125 we had to sleep under a mattress cover. That was bad.

I stopped here for an overnight en route from DC to Nashville. The hotel is very close to the highway and I thought it would be noisy, however, this is the quietest place I have stayed outside of a tent on a mountain. The room was well maintained and satisfactorily clean. Wifi reception in the room was flakey, but reliable enough closer to reception. There are typical roadside diner type places near to the hotel and the area around it is quite picturesque if you have some time spare to drive...

Quiet hotel in quiet location. No breakfast - just coffee/ tea. Polite service

I had no idea what to expect as my partner had chosen the hotel. She did very well. We arrived the the small town to a very curtious southern welcome. We love the accent and the manners and they love our quaint English ways. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the town. The receptionist were were welcoming.
