"The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast...

"There were a lot of crooked lamps in our our room. We couldn't keep the drawer closed on the dresser and had to plug it to keep it closed. Ac unit was noisy and the carpet was peeling from the wall. Also the broad of the bed wasn't tucked correctly, so my daughter hurt her leg trying to walk by."
