"The room was clean, but we had a mixed bag with staff interactions. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, but two of our days we had do not disturb up until 10am, and then took it down, but our room was never serviced. The elevator has been broken for over four months, so we had to lug our luggage up three flights. That length of time in a five story hotel is inexcusable. We were told there were stairways at either end. When I asked which stairway would take us closest to our room, the desk clerk didn’t know. I chose correctly, as we were two rooms from the stairway. There is a hot tub and pool, but they weren’t open yet for the season. Breakfast was decent, and kept fresh and clean by the staff there. The rug and lounge in our room showed some stainage. "
