"The problem wasn't with the property. The problem was Expedia LYING about the amenities. The Expedia description of amenities states "Free area shuttle up to 1 mile" "A bar/lounge" " Snack bar/deli" The property had none of those. There was a shuttle to Mayo Clinic (0.5 mile) on weekdays. NO bar, no lounge, no snack bar, no deli. My wife was going to Mayo Clinic because she could not get around easily. We chose this property because of those amenities. Also, I called Expedia and talked to an AI...
