"There were a few issues at the hotel. First, there was a broken toilet. Second, there was a broken cold water spicket in the sink, which provided very little cold water. Third, there was a mildew smell in the hallway carpet. Fourth, the desk clerk was very helpful and kind. She tried her best to accommodate us and finally put us in a handicap room with the bed on the floor. However, that was all she had left, except for one room that didn’t lock. She would have to let us in and out all night long if we needed to use that room."

All the staff were completely rude when ssking them for clean towels which they was meant to leave out daily but they didnt do once. Also the keys had to be renewed every day which meant i had to deal with the rude stuff daily. "
