"Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about"

"This hotel has very few staff working. There isn't a single human being present at the reception desk; everything is handled via a machine that connects you with someone in Asia."

"Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained for this price point. The free Continental breakfast is underwhelming with not much of a daily selection and lack of available fresh fruits. It is served between 6am-9am, which when people are on vacation would probably appreciate it extended to 10am."

"Rooms weren't dusted, stayed for a week, and saw the same dust. Bathroom could use some updating, tub chipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and hot. Easy to find and get to off of I-75."

"I guess the place was under construction travel six hours to get there got undressed, jumped in the shower and the water in the whole hotel for 45 minutes went down to the front desk. They knew about it but didn’t tell me anything about that at check-in, I think that’s pretty crappy."

"Breakfast was wonderful, fresh and hot. Room was clean and nicely se up. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Air conditioning was right on. Was a bit confused about why being a local resident they wanted a 250.00 deposit. But everything else was just wonderful. I would be returning. I will be recommending to family and friends as well"
