"Our rooms were not ready at checkin time. We let the motel know at registration that we had a service dog but as we were finally going into our room, we were told that we had to use a different room because of the dog. The new room was far away from our other room, the floors, shower and chair were filthy. There were itinerant people camped all over the side of the parking lot on the side of the motel we were relegated to."

"Breakfast menu ok but needed more fresh fruit. I tried asking one of the maids a question and she did not speak english. That should be a requirement. Outdoor fireplaces were awesome. The outdoor furniture and tables needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff was nice and easy to work with but did not ask if I wanted any upgrades (I am a Marriott rewards member) nor did they ask me if I wanted bottles of water when I checked in. I did use the fitness center and it was clean."
