"Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!"

"I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night."

"The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun."

"The employees were constantly harassing guests with their walkie talkies. A few guests booked rooms in the hotel to interfere with police investigations. The police were at the hotel every other day. The hotel had plumbing issues and they were constantly getting hacked by cyber criminals. The employees did not reach out to their IT vendor and many were fired."

"The fully equipped kitchen had basic appliances, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and most basic dishes for 3-4 people. Not bad however, the kitchen did NOT have pots, pans, and accessories to cook with, or a dish strainer or a sponge to wash dishes with. (Nor were kitchen items (except for a sponge) obtained after requesting for 3 days in a row, I gave up after that. Horrible for a one week stay. There were only two very small trash barrels, sometimes left without...

"Shower curtain was old as hell and different colors at the bottom, not sure if it was moldy or what. The tub was cracked. The hot tub was not hot daily. Breakfast selection was very poor."
