"All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"This property was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating; very hospitable. I love that it is private, right on the beach, and everyone is minding their own business enjoying themselves. Calypso was the perfect place to celebrate our 10th anniversary. "

"Beautiful place with amazing pool"

"Lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed the food which was freshly made and locally sourced (most of the ingredients home grown!) The pool area was really nice and very quiet, even in peak season, and the small beach which was a short walk away was perfect. Car hire from the hotel was a really plus too. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a quieter stay in Zakynthos. "

The apartment had everything we could need during our stay, was very clean and due to covid, we could choose if and when we wanted the maids to clean our room during our stay. "Such a lovely and clean place to stay, staff are friendly and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. About 10mins from the beach at a leisurely pace or 5mins if you walk quickly. Super market is next door which stocks a good range of products and reasonably priced."
