"This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong....

"I would not recommend booking this unit based on our experience. Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach in the living room, and later encountered a live one that fell from a picture frame. When this was reported, the host indicated it wasn't a cockroach but instead a “palmetto bug” (also referred to as the Florida woods cockroach) and stated that nothing could be done to address the issue.
