"Great stay, helpful staff and so many things to do! I went with my teen daughter and not once did she utter I'm bored! We've gone back twice and there's still new things to do each time. She got to hold an iguana and pet a spider. We played trivia too! The beach was super clean and absolutely gorgeous. It felt great to not have to get in my car once and still have so many dining options, activities and places to go. And the champagne toast welcome? Chef's kiss"

"Over all had a great time at this hotel . Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is a little dated , but the location and view made up for any bads. I would recommend if in the area to get a hood night sleep at a affordable cost and great parking garage that comes with room."

"The location of this hotel is great! Unfortunately we did not have hot water for 2 days. When inquired about this they said they would resolve right away and they did. The disappointing part is that they knew there was an issue and was waiting for a part. This should have been disclosed at check in. Recommendations from a Hilton Honors customer: The hotel should offer guest access to beach chairs/ umbrellas at no cost like other hotels in the area do. Need to offer better pillows...

"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience. For myself wifi is very important. If there was a pay service it wasn’t explained or offered to me. Mark D. Johnston"
