Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again. "I've stayed at this hotel several times when I travel south from CT and is always clean and modern. They keep up with the hotel. It is always clean. I've not tried the breakfast because the hours are not always convenient for me because we usually arrive close to midnight so I do not want to get up early to have breakfast."

"Very clean and large room. Our room was in a separate building from the main building, but the location was excellent. We would stay there again. The only negative, I'm a tea drinker in the morning, there was a Kureg with plenty of coffee but no tea. The phone in the room didn't work, according to the welcome book, if any issues just call the front desk on the in room phone. Since that wasn't working, my husband had to get dressed and walk down to the main building to get some tea. He did...

"First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return."

"I love the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. The sheets in the room were clean and towels were clean. I love that breakfast is provided daily. However, there should be a small class on how to make oatmeal. Some days its perfect then some make it watery."
