" Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The interior of the hotel was perfectly fine and well-maintained, but the first impression was a bit rough. There were several construction areas flanking both sides of the entrance, which made the exterior look quite cluttered and not very visually appealing. "Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "
