"Knee jerk reaction is this is a roach coach hotel. "Not so fast my friend" it's brand new. No elevator so plan for that. We had not seen that and with a wheelchair bound family member the did help us find a 1st floor room. All tile floors which are a huge plus. "This property does need deserve an 8 rating. 1. It is not a well maintained property or well cleaned. It’s a rundown motel with water damage and mold. Bugs are present in the rooms. Rooms smell musty. Parking lot is dirty. Sheets are not clean. 2. The breakfast should not be top rated unless you are okay with the same breakfast every other day. The muffins and bagels are tiny.
