"Liked right off highway - location great- staff was also great- however our window looking out was super dirty and actually hard to see out of - so needed to be cleaned in outside . Bed and pillows super comfy"

"The room was clean & comfortable. The stairs & porch needed cleaning. The room had no cup/glass for teeth brushing. Also it’s is above a coffee shop, but they don’t open on Saturday till 8 & 7 on weekdays, and there’s no in room coffee. I really needed morning coffee, but didn’t get it."

"We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

"Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel."
