"While the main part of room was adequate, the bathroom was small and the sink area to wash up, clean up was small and crowded. The hotel has little or no lounge room area if you’re wanting to sit outside of your room. The free breakfast is limited, but good. Overall, the price you pay for a room is what you would expect."

"The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing."

"The staff was very cordial and friendly. I loved that the room was spotless and neat! Breakfast was very good. I just wish they would keep up with the cleanliness of the pool and sauna better. Despite that, I would definitely return to stay there!"

"The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices."

"This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"While I understand that the hotel was in remodel mode, i found that it looked rather run down. The sink drain would not open. A maintenance man quickly came and fixed it though, so I appreciated being able to use the sink. Breakfast was not great. At 6:30, the breakfast consisted of 2 bagels, 3 blueberry muffins, some cold cereal, powdered reconstituted eggs. The sausages and potatoes looked fine, but there was nothing to interest kids. The pool area is really lovely but it is tricky to get...

"Front desk always had something going on. We had to have our toilet fixed twice. We were there for a week and we only had housekeeping come by once. Breakfast was always missing foods or condiments. Went swimming twice, one time we had to dry off with hand towels from the gym as there were no pool towels."
