Hotel dekat Mousehouse Cheesehaus

"Our room's heater was very loud and we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom light flickered all the time when we turned it on so we could not even shower. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. The person at the front desk was never around. Called EXT. 200 like the sign said but no answer. We will never be staying here again."

"This room was listed as queen sized but the actual bed was full-sized/double. That was deceptive and would have been a major issue if I had been dual occupancy."

"Our room was not serviced while we were out all day. We left our room at 11:30 AM and returned at 9:30 PM only to find that our room had not been cleaned, towels refreshed etc. and no, we did not have our do not disturb on. Thank you."

"Very good value for money. Excellent location for road travellers"

"Other than noisy elevators and ice machines you could hear in the room which kept us awake, place was great!"

"A few minor points no k cups were provided for the in room coffee maker and only 1 cup also room was clean bed comfortable however the shower wad extremely slippery with no mat provided"

"Rooms were clean, hot tub and breakfast were good."

"Love it! The employee was super helpful and cool that you don’t see a lot nowadays for sure I come back the best part the breakfast’s was the best my kids love it. If my kids love it I love it to."

"Shower was broken in our room."

"Hot tub was down, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel from others in the area."

"Newer property in good shape. Good size rooms. However, staff wasn’t real helpful. There were a number of kids in the hotel for a hockey tournament and they were out of control running around, playing hockey in the hallway, overrunning the pool, with their parents playing loud music late at night . Staff seemed completely uninterested in dealing with the issue. I won’t book here anymore, it was pretty bush league."

"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison."
