"SUPER SKETCHY - STAY AWAY!!! I booked this hotel for my son and my nephew for a last minute visit to Madison and unfortunately didn't read reviews before doing so. I had called prior to arrival to request an early check in, but they were unable to accommodate. I asked specifically if they could get in their room if they returned very late, and was told they could as the front desk is staffed 24 hours. When they arrived, they checked on their room & were told they couldn't check in at 2am and...

"Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked...
