"Hello,
When we got in the afternoon on the 10th the receptionist was mad at me for not saying hello. She had a bad attitude which did not look professional for the establishment. I was supposed to arrived on the 9th at the hotel but due to an incident in Miami with a plane crash I got there on the 10th I was told by the receptionist I was going to get an email from the manager so I could check out on the 14th free of charge. I never got the email whatsoever. I ended up checking out on the 13th...

"Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working...
