"Breakfast on Sunday consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, donuts, bagels, toast, and oatmeal. Our only complaint was that the ketchup was brown and may have been old…everything else was great! It was clean and quiet, comfy beds. Pillows are fluffy so if you need a smaller pillow, bring your own.👍😊"

The front desk personnel (especially Sanket and Xiomari) went above and beyond making our stay feel as close to home as possible. The breakfast spread was amazing and the coffee potent! THE MAN at the front desk told me he never got my reservation and the he didn't even have any rooms, that i needed to contact hotel.com to get my money back and the he had been telling you guys for months to get his hotel off your website. I have booked through you guys many of times and when i contacted you via virtual chat i got no help and my money never was refunded i have been a customer for a while and will be Google reviewing you EVERYWHERE VERY POORLY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. How many customers do you do this to!!"
